What is this exactly?
HomeSafe delivers professional personal training services directly to your door. Whether you want to just check if you're at an elevated fall risk, reduce your likelihood of falling, strengthen your bones, or just get fit HomeSafe has a service for you.
How does the Fall Risk Assessment work?
A Fall Risk Assessment is composed of multiple tests that have been extensively studied by rehabilitation professionals. These tests have thresholds, and scores beyond these thresholds indicate the individual is at an elevated fall risk. The results of these tests in conjunction with your trainer's observations and experience will guide the personalized recommendations as to how fall risk can be reduced as much as possible.
And who is coming to my house?
You will be working with a Doctor of Physical Therapy acting as a personal trainer. Your trainer will also have completed American Sports and Fitness Association certification exams for Personal Training, Advanced Personal Training, Balance and Stability Instruction, as well as ASFA Nutrionist and Sports Nutritionist exams. For your peace of mind, your trainer has also been fingerprinted and has passed a CastleBranch background check.

So do you take Medicare? Insurance?
Unfortunately, because this is not a physical therapy service it is not eligible to be covered by insurance.
